Designing a website for search engine optimization can be a bit difficult saying difficult not with the intention to get you running scared especially if you are new to website design or you are a new blogger. The fact still remains the secrets about how search engine robots work are still not yet worked out a few years back Google made about 450 tweaks to is Page Rank that equates to more than one change per day in one year, Do you still think we should try and figure this one out.
The reality is that web surfers uses the internet for communication and information seeking , sending emails, finding information, selling or buying products the internet is a global market place. The point I am trying make here is that in my view it bubbles down to one thing what  your Website or your Blog has to offer to keep your readers and visitors coming back and also recommends your Website and its Contents to others are even make reference to your post in their articles.Google, Bing and yahoo the three major search engines are for searching while other popular sites like  EBay and Amazon are for shopping.

So as a blogger what do we have to offer  this leaves us with one thing in mind Content this means if your site is about Web design  the best solution would be to optimize your headings, Meta tags  and your Contents targeting Web design you should include  this in your Meta Tag Description and title on your Web pages you can also do searches on your keyword phrases just to check how well they rank. Two useful tips to remember  when designing your site are

(1)Content is king How many time have you heard this it may never go away at least not for now create relevant content for your targeted Keywords  this is one of the major factors to help you get listed on Google’s search results pages.

(2)Page Weight your page is considered an authority about its topic ,the page has Good and useful content, it is a part of a site with lots of useful information.

Read Below some information taken from Google’s philosophy page

1. Focus on the user and all else will follow.

Since the beginning, we've focused on providing the best user experience possible. Whether we're designing a new Internet browser or a new tweak to the look of the homepage, we take great care to ensure that they will ultimately serve you, rather than our own internal goal or bottom line. Our homepage interface is clear and simple, and pages load instantly. Placement in search results is never sold to anyone, and advertising is not only clearly marked as such, it offers relevant content and is not distracting. And when we build new tools and applications, we believe they should work so well you don't have to consider how they might have been designed differently.

2. It's best to do one thing really, really well.

We do search. With one of the world's largest research groups focused exclusively on solving search problems, we know what we do well, and how we could do it better. Through continued iteration on difficult problems, we've been able to solve complex issues and provide continuous improvements to a service that already makes finding information a fast and seamless experience for millions of people. Our dedication to improving search helps us apply what we've learned to new products, like Gmail and Google Maps. Our hope is to bring the power of search to previously unexplored areas, and to help people access and use even more of the ever-expanding information in their lives.

3. Fast is better than slow.

We know your time is valuable, so when you're seeking an answer on the web you want it right away – and we aim to please. We may be the only people in the world who can say our goal is to have people leave our homepage as quickly as possible. By shaving excess bits and bytes from our pages and increasing the efficiency of our serving environment, we've broken our own speed records many times over, so that the average response time on a search result is a fraction of a second. We keep speed in mind with each new product we release, whether it's a mobile application or Google Chrome, a browser designed to be fast enough for the modern web. And we continue to work on making it all go even faster.

If  you visit any website with Google Ad Sense and look carefully  nine out of ten times the adds displayed by Google is relevant to the site’s contents so ask yourself the question which is more important page ranking or site content.Having a good page rank is great even some website
To my own judgement contents is more important because it is what people wants that keeps them coming back and tell their friends about your site the more visits the better chance your site has in becoming a successful online business and that is a fact do the maths yourself until and if we as web designer can work out the search engine ways of ranking pages the best thing for us as bloggers is to create good site and relevant contents and the rest will follow’
