I\ve found that analytics is a great conversion word for clients in any industry. There is a pervasive need for Exec level decision making, and any scrap of solid data you can provide by way of reports and queries against hard data goes along way to the higher-ups.
In my field of IT Asset Management, we even borrow the concept of heatmaps to look at a grid of data for hot fields and cold fields. In other words, what parts of our database are high-delta vs low-delta. The element of displaying these heat-maps gives a boost to the part of the brain that processes things creatively, and the information (and thus the value of the data) is more digestible.
Every business could benefit from carefully considered analytics and data presentation.
Seevolution sounds interesting with some nice features but currently i am using GA only. But it seems a good alternative to GA.

Yes it does, it works for all CMS, its a simple snippet of java script that you can paste on your header or footer. There is currently a wordpress, joomla, and drupal easy install plugin available as well.
