This is one those thought provoking subject where there is no right or wrong answer to this but in my opinion two or three times a week is good. This is just a matter of opinion but you may differ from mines. That is a personal choice if you are a fulltime blogger who makes a living from blogging with a huge following then that’s great a daily update would be good.
