I have used some of the applications for translations, practice, and even general learning. I would say I have become fluent in Spanish, and I am currently working on perfecting my Turkish. This application can help you absorb vocabulary words at a manageable pace. I used to use the features on my way to work on the subway. The application also provides you with a test feature, where you can quiz yourself on appropriate usage of the word.

I often have to travel to business meetings both domestically and internationally. Many times, I have to take out clients or co-workers in a new location. The Loopt application has been incredibly helpful when I have needed to take out clients for dinner or drinks abroad.
