• Then press ‘Delete’ to delete all the selected items permanently.
Method to Remove Duplicate Emails from Outlook 2010:
• Choose the folder from which, you want to delete duplicate emails in Outlook 2010.
• On the ‘Ribbon’ of Outlook 2010, go to ‘View’ and click the ‘Change View’ and after that click to change folder view to table type view. Such as click the ‘List’ icon.
• Right click the column heading and then click ‘Field Chooser’.
• At the top of the Field Chooser, click to select ‘All ’ field.
• Drag the ‘Modified’ field to table heading.
• Make sure that the duplicate items have unique date from the original set of items. If yes, then click the ‘Modified’ heading to sort the items by this field.
• Then select the first item of this field that you want to delete and slowly scroll to the last item that you want to delete. In this way click the last item while holding the ‘Shift’ key.
• After this press ‘Delete’ to delete all the selected items permanently from your Outlook mailbox.

What a timely post! I am constantly being harassed due to duplicate mails. I have been a victim of these for over 2 years now. I have tried all possible options but that did not do any good and moreover time is a luxury for me, which I cannot waste over this issue.
