I have been  blogging for sometime now using blogengine.net I have decided to changed my blogging platform to WordPress yes you heard it right after pondering over this for about four weeks i finally made up my mind to make the move sadly i love blogengine.net because this platform is one that i can easily tweak because of my experience with asp.net. As we all know WordPress is a very powerful blogging platform and is used by some of the world most popular blogger.

After months of evaluation, trials and errors while running some test blogs using WordPress i now decided that the time is right to migrate to WordPress , this will take my blog where i want it to be.

There are many reasons why i have decided to to switch blogging platformbut the main reasons why i migrated to WordPress is because of its flexibilty and its simplicity at which things can be done with wordpress, without any doubt wordpress is moving at a fast space in terms of its developments ,plugins ,themes and blogging comunity you can even find bloggers running wordpress as thier blogging platform and and posting blogging tips about aother platforms like blogger or blogengine.net.

WordPress WordPress what more can i say it is so such an advance content management system  which offers features like automatic upgrades with the click of a button just one click nothing to uninstall or reinstal and over ride.

Themes Galore

There are thousands of ready made themes available for down load under the Gnu licence this takes the worries of creating templates away and lets you concentrate on what you need to do most writing post changing or installing themes is so simple just login to  your admin panel search find a theme upload and then activate installing templates is so simple and straight forward even a novice can do it.

Anyways, many congratulations to you bro for your decision to move to wordpress. Better late than never. You are very right in saying that people have migrated to the wordpress as it is truly benefiting for any blogger. WordPress does make it look so easy in terms of everything. The seo advantage, easy of use, plugin support…truly makes it the no. 1 choice for any blogger. I feel sorry that I missed out earlier but maybe I will give it a try in near future. Keep up the good work 🙂

    1. Thanks bro not everyone will move to WordPress at the same time if you feel comfortable with your blogging platform you should stick with it until if and when you decided to migrate

  3. I think you’re going to extremely happy with WordPress. You already mentioned many of the advantages so no sense in repeating them. One other thing I like is the support forums. I’ve run into a couple of technical problems and once I post my problem in the forums, there is always somewhere with a quick solution.

I also like the Hybrid theme but I have a funny feeling you’ll be experimenting with lots of new WP themes. 🙂

  10. I really like what you post here, very insightful and smart. One thing though, I’m running Firefox on Ubuntu and parts of your content are a little wonky. I know it’s not a common setup, but it’s still something to watch out for. Just tossing you a heads up.

  11. Congratulations and welcome to the Word press world. Hope you succeed in your move.

  12. You need to seriously think about expanding this site into a major authority in this niche. You clearly have a solid handle of the topics everyone is browsing for on this blog anyways and you could possibly even earn a buck or three from some ads. I would dive into following recent topics and raising the amount of blog posts you put up and I guarantee you’d start getting some good traffic in the near future. Just a thought, good luck in whatever you do!
