sundaypost This is the First Post for 2012 and i want to take this opportunity to wish you all a happy new and may all your goals be reachable and your targets met Since this is the first Round Up for this year i will take a look back at the five top commented post here on lawmacs.com for the past year. I do hope you enjoy this Round Up and you can participate by referring post from other blogs to get featured here even if you write the post by yourself. Last year was a good year for me but it is time to set the goals and move on.

(1) Keep Your Visitors Coming Back Returning visitors are very important for the survival of any website or blog if you check your website statistics this is one area you should pay attention to getting new visitors is important don’t under estimate that however it is good to see that your blog has lots of repeated visits. Repeated visits proves that your blog has value and quality. Writing good content is one of the contributing factor to having repeated visits A lot of successful websites depend on returning visitors to account for a major part of their traffic.Visitors that keeps coming back to your website are considered more loyal and is much easier to convert to paying customers because the more often they return to a site, the more trust they have in that site. How do you get repeated visits?

(2) Guest Posting Or Networking Have you been writing guest post lately ? well if you did that’s a good idea , now lets explore the idea of networking against writing guest posts which i believe is better and gives a better result. This is just my honest opinion here i strongly believe Networking with other bloggers is far much better than writing guest posts.I must remind you that this is just my opinion and i am not an expert here. I am just simply a blogger with a big ambition of trying to change the web one blog at a time sounds

(3) 5 Gadgets Parents Use to Keep Their Kids Safe All parents want to keep their children safe, but are some going too far? You may think so when you hear about these five new gadgets parents use to keep tabs on their children. 1. What do you think about a monitoring system tracks the baby’s breathing rhythms and relays infrared images from the nursery? Too much? Some parents don’t think so, despite the fact that the electronics have caused the strangling deaths of two infants. When you trade off one danger for another, what benefit do you really get? Several steps above the old baby monitors, the new ones shouldn’t take the place of actual supervision and should not be relied on to take care of any emergency. Like all technology, it has its limits.

(4) 5 Reasons Why Niche Blogging is The Best Blogging For any blogger who wishes to make money online the best thing he or she could do is to blog on a niche. That’s a known fact. But still there are people around who have been plagued with a fact that makes them believe that simply blogging on anything and everything would make their money making dream come true. Even I had the same approach when I started my blogging. I could see people telling me that I should have a blog if I had a desire to make money online. I should have ads all over and then I could make huge money overnight! Honestly, if it would have been so easier to make money online then I would have called myself the next John Chow

(5) Cloud Storage Cloud Hosting the new craze all bloggers by now should have heard the name Cloud Hosting before it seems to be the new choice offered to website owners for the purpose on online storage. There are many web hosting companies that are offering this service for free and some includes them as part of their normal services. But what is Cloud Hosting? According to Wikipedia Cloud storage is a model of networked online storage where data is stored on virtualized pools of storage which are generally hosted by third parties. Hosting companies operate large data canters; and people who require their data to be hosted buy or lease storage capacity from them and use it for their storage needs. The data centre operators, in the background, virtualize the resources according to the requirements of the customer and expose them as storage pools, which the customers can themselves use to store files or data objects. Physically, the resource may span across multiple servers. Cloud storage services may be accessed through a web service application programming interface (API), or through a Web-based user interface.

Lets look forward for a more productive new year
