(1)Tips for Boosting Your Crawl Rate -The success of an SEO campaign depends on how fast changes to the website are indexed. This is particularly true when making small changes on websites which already have an established ranking. If the site only gets crawled once every two weeks, this can slow down the process significantly. Fortunately, there are strategies you can use to increase the crawl rate of your site, as a result increasing your rankings. If you site is regularly crawled, it means more of your pages will appear in the search engine index.

(2)7 Actions that Increase Blog Traffic by 25.3% [Traffic & Conversion #1] – We all want to increase blog traffic. And we all would like to make more money. That’s why it’s important to take a strategic approach for growing our blogs.Starting last month (September) I made the commitment to focus on increasing readership for the Steve Scott Site.My goal is simple: Get more blog traffic and convert readers into ‘action takers.’In addition, I’m also implementing the same strategic approach with my niche affiliate sites. The end result is a series called Traffic and Conversion. Each month, I’ll test something new with my sites. Then I’ll report back the results. The idea here is to provide YOU with specific actions for expanding your Internet business. I’m pretty excited about this series. I think you’ll learn a lot from it! To get things going, I’d like to talk about something that’s important to any blogger

(3)Thesis Theme – When I first started blogging, I was overwhelmed. Content creation, traffic generation, constant networking, blog design and updates – it makes my head spin just to think of all the things we, bloggers, have on our to-do list on a daily basis. And then SEO? Yes, please – I want to have more search engine traffic. However, is there a way to get the most out of it with the least amount of work? I wish. Search engine optimization takes time and effort no matter how you look at it. But… There ARE some things you can do to make sure your blog is SEO-ready without it costing you an arm and a leg in terms of time and money.

(4) Branding in SEO – The Big Shift in Online Marketing – The strength of a brand is considerably the backbone of most successful businesses, may it be on or offline, given that it has the ability to signify a certain organization’s true value and edge which separates it from its competitors. The search industry has provided businesses worldwide with immeasurable potentials and growth in the past decade. As the Internet industry grows, users’ behaviours tend to mature as well, in which search engines are left with no other options but to constantly evolve in order to further improve the experience they are providing to their users when seeking for information over the web – such as authorships, rich snippets for search listings, personalized and localized results.

(5)US Army Eyes iPhone as Go-to Mobile Device for Logistics-Oriented Operations – It has been reported since late 2010 that the United States Army was rapidly pursuing plans to deploy smartphones to combat troops sometime this year. Preliminary tests involved subjecting the iPhone 4, Android devices such as prototypes of the 4G phone Samsung Exhibit, and smartphones running on mobile Windows 7 to realistic combat conditions to […]
